They clean contaminants such as flux, oils, dusts and greases from carriers, masks, ESD boxes, PCB magazines, pallets, machine parts and other small parts (e.g. turned and milled parts). The options for the use of operating materials are just as flexible: The optimally adapted cleaning medium can be used as a ready-mix or as a concentrate via a re-dosing unit. All systems are pre-equipped for efficient water recycling and / or disposal modules (see pages 17, 18). The cleaning tasks in the electronics producing industry can be differentiated into two segments: product cleaning and tools & maintenance cleaning. Product cleaning is described as the cleaning of highly sensible components and is an integrated part of the value-added chain. Tools & maintenance cleaning covers all other cleaning processes that immediately affect the value-added chain.
