Event schedule
Not withstanding the obligation to provide services, kolb Cleaning Technology GmbH reserves the right to make changes to the event program, in particular if these are due to specific safety requirements or other circumstances at the event location.
Payment
Upon receipt of your registration, you will receive a confirmation of registration and an invoice for the participation fee.
The participation fee is due 14 days net after receipt of the invoice. After receipt of payment, you will receive an order confirmation as well as the access data for the online theory training platform by separate e-mail.
Withdrawal/Cancellation
If the registration is canceled or the participant does not show up, the full fee will be charged. It is of course also possible to substitute the registered participant. Cancellations must always be submitted in writing.
Disclaimer
kolb Cleaning Technology GmbH accepts no liability for damage or loss. Participants take part at their own risk and bear sole responsibility under civil and criminal law. By submitting his/her registration, the participant declares that he/she waives any claims for damages of any kind arising in connection with the event program against kolb Cleaning Technology GmbH itself and other persons connected with the implementation of the event program.
Excluded from this exclusion of liability are claims for damages due to injury to life, limb or health. Also excluded from the exclusion of liability is liability for damages based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by kolb Cleaning Technology GmbH or other persons associated with the implementation of the event program.
Likewise, kolb Cleaning Technology GmbH shall not be liable for the consequences of force majeure. This includes orders from authorities, wars, civil unrest, pandemics, hijackings, terrorist attacks, fire, floods, power failures, accidents, storms, strikes or other industrial action affecting the hotels and all measures integrated into the event program.
Irrespective of the obligation to provide the service, kolb Cleaning Technology GmbH shall in any case not be liable for damages resulting from a delay in the provision of the service, in particular not if the delay is due to any insolvency of third parties used by kolb Cleaning Technology GmbH for the provision of the service. In all cases of force majeure, kolb Cleaning Technology GmbH shall be entitled to postpone or cancel the event program without any entitlement to reimbursement of costs
Passing on training documents and validity of access data
It is prohibited to pass on the invitation link to the online training courses sent to you via iPrendo, as access is reserved exclusively for authorized persons for data protection reasons. Your personal access is valid for a period of two months. At the end of this period or after your participation in our practical seminar - whichever comes first - your access will be automatically deactivated.
Exclusion of competition
We ask for your understanding and reserve the right not to admit persons from companies that are in direct competition with us or our partners as participants.
Data protection
Personal data is collected and processed and may be passed on to third parties. There is a right to information, objection and deletion of the data.
