As part of the long-term planned transfer of knowledge and expertise within kolb Cleaning Technology GmbH, founder and CVO Georg Pollmann has passed on responsibilities to long-standing employees of the company.
From October 1, 2024, Markus Smolenaers, formerly Head of Application and Process Technology and with kolb for 19 years, will be the new Head of Processes. With immediate effect he is also handing over his previous responsibilities as Head of Application and Process Engineering to Max Pollmann, who has been with the company as a Process Engineer for 6 years, .
At the same time, the previous Technical Product Manager Christian van der Stein will take on new tasks as Head of Product Management. Van der Stein has been with the company for 24 years.
"Even though I still have some time to go before I leave the operational business, it has always been important to us to ensure the long-term transfer of knowledge. I am all the more pleased that we can do this with experts from our own ranks," explains Georg Pollmann.
