We are of course delighted to receive all awards and prizes, but some of them are more important to us than others. And this one in particular:
We took first place in the "Family-friendly companies 2023" competition organized by the district of Viersen.
In the category of companies with up to 50 employees, kolb was able to convince an independent jury from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, business development & job center with measures to reconcile work and family life.
The jury praised part-time models, flexitime, company kindergarten places, occupational health management, further training opportunities, information management, individual solutions for private emergencies and much more for being particularly family-friendly.
The award is rewarded with a prize of 1,500 euros, which can be used for a family specific purpose.
