We have just taken another step towards digitalization – and to simplifying the spare parts ordering process for our customers.
Together with our partner Cideon Software & Services we are excited to introduce our new online tool “Sparify”.
By scanning the QR code on the kolb cleaning system, our customers are not only guided directly to the operating instructions, but also to the new Sparify tool. Using a 3D model of the individual cleaning system, the required spare parts can be easily and reliably identified and selected.
Once these have been selected, an inquiry is forwarded to the kolb sales team by clicking on the "Request a quote" button and the customer receives a customized quote within one working day.
All kolb cleaning systems built in 2022 or later are available on Sparify. For systems built before this date, an informal request can still be submitted.
