What is the difference between maintenance service and technical inspection?
Maintenance service keeps a machine running, technical inspection cares for perfect performance and longevity
Maintenance service of a cleaning system can be carried out by the operator himself and usually includes the cleaning of the machine (tanks, chambers, etc.), the cleaning of the spray nozzles and valves as well as the replacement of filters and cleaning fluid. The functionality of the system in a preset running process is thus ensured continuously.
A technical inspection, e.g. as kolb yearly service, is carried out by interdisciplinary specialists for machine, chemical and application engineering. Such an inspection covers the above mentioned work as well as the examination and, if necessary, the exchange of wearing parts as well as the checking and, if necessary, the optimization of all process parameters.
For each cleaning system, kolb offers ready-made maintenance / spare parts packages in a classification of 1 - 3, depending on the necessity or the total running time of the system.
As a full system manufacturer and supplier, kolb has extensive know-how in cleaning systems and chemistry as well as a 30-year experience in application technology and is thus able to offer a highly qualified and safe service in all areas.
