Decalcification unit
Ensuring required water quality for the rinse circuit
In the case of systems connected to a tap water supply on site, where the water quality of which does not correspond to the required < 10°dH or < 350 µS conductivity value, the water quality required for the rinsing process can be produced by the decalcification unit.
The tap water is fed through a DI-MB cartridge via a bypass. By means of the ball valve above the cartridge, the blend between the city water and the treated (decalcified) water is adjusted. The monitoring of the value is PLC-controlled via a measuring probe installed in the tank.
The threshold value for the required water quality is set in the process parameters of the PLC, which issues a corresponding warning message when it is exceeded.
